Peppermint is a relative of Spearmint with a bigger bite. This is a redistilled high quality mid grade Peppermint from the Pcific Northwest US. It is stilled a bit more complex than most ultra-distilled candy-type Peppermint oils, so you can tell it came from a plant!
While Peppermint is often included in sleep and dream pillows, I believe this is from confusing it with Spearmint. Peppermint has Fire element and Mercury planetary correspondences, too active for restful sleep. Instead, I use it to activate the mind. Peppermint is also excellent in healing formulas. It will purify an area, and just as it drives pests from the household (roaches and rats both hate Peppermint!), it drives away negative spiritual entities and impure energies from the area, raising the vibrations.
