This Lotus is a synthetic, but a favorite among my rock n roll girlfriends. It is a high note floral with faint musk undertones. It doesn't smell much like the true Lotus absolutes I have smelled (Indian Pink Lotus and White Lotus) so I would consider this one a fun fragrance on its own or for blending into fashion perfumes, and not a spiritual substitute for Lotus.
