The Honey Bee is a very different sort of totem. Bee energy is extremely feminine, since the Hive is completely run by Sisters. Service, devotion, selflessness, and sacrifice for the larger good are all virtues of the Bee. The Intelligence of Bee is not in the individual, but in the collective Mind of the Hive. This oil would be ideal for feminists, participants in worker collectives, nonprofit organizations, or any large service oriented industry. Gardeners and farmers would also love to have more Bee power in their plots or acres!

My Bee oil is influenced by the power of Tiphareth of the Kaballah. Bee totem is ruled by the Sun, and so the ingredients are essential oils of mostly Sun-ruled plants. The notable "secret ingredient" here is true Beeswax absolute! Six is the number of the Sun, Tiphareth, the number of legs of the Bee, and the sides of a honeycomb cell. Six emphasizes structure, function and organization, and so Natural Magick Bee oil is made of six essential oils in drops of multiples of six. Bee oil is honey-sweet, sun-drenched and warm. This potion was made in consultation with Nicole, a fellow gardener, muse, magician, and Sister Keeper of the Hive. Bee oil is dedicated to her. Note, this oil is only for the Honeybee, and other solitary bees would not be

Bee is an Elemental Animal of Air, with a secondary Element of Fire and partakes of the Planetary energy of Sun. Bee is potioned on Sundays when the Moon is waxing.

There is a lot of beautiful Bee jewelry, so if you wanted to, you could find a pendant or earrings that you could treasure, and then go out somewhere that Honeybees are active, ideally on a sunny Sunday during the Waxing Moon, to commune with the Honeybees. Be cautioned, if you anoint yourself with this oil, the scent is most definitely attractive to the bees. I would wear tight fitting clothing that a bee could not get trapped under, to avoid accidental bee sting, and wear my hair up under a hat so one couldn't get stuck in my hair. You could in that state of reverie invite Bee Spirit to reside in the jewelry piece and then rub it with the Bee oil to "fix" the jewelry piece as an amulet to maintain the connection. Perhaps you could make a regular Sunday practice of wearing and anointing the charm, and also support one of the numerous organizations devoted to saving Honeybees.

Natural Magick Spirit Guide oils are made with reverence and research to be pleasing devotional blends for the animals or beings they are named for. I research legend and lore, and try to use oils of plants that represent the guide, what it does and what it smells like. The Natural Magick process of using planetary and elemental influences, correspondence, and high quality ingredients is especially appropriate for invoking the nature of your guide.

Spirit Guide oils are not made as fakey perfumes with marketable names. Fox really does smell wild and clever, Bear is somber and impressive, Angel is ethereal and bright, Dragon smells like smoke and scales.

Anoint yourself to attune to your totem, or pour into offering bowls or aromatherapy lamps, or anoint statues or fetish objects.

These oils are in beautiful round 1/2 ounce bottles, blended in 100% Coconut and/or Jojoba oil, so with any care they should last a very long time. They are priced according to the ingredients most resembling the guide so named.
