Wanderer is one of the first wands I have made with "Flying Wood." In this case it is Green ash, from a tree not rooted into the Earth, but into the stump of a Cypress tree which once grew before the Highland Lakes of the Colorado River in Texas were constructed. The Flying ash therefore has a more distinct aery nature. I have topped this wand with a very clear light tumbled Amethyst stone. The twisting and turning of the Ash branch seemed to be an intelligent meandering. Wanderer is of a more delicate structure, so if you take it outdoors, treat with care. 17 1/2 inches long.
